MISSION
Patrick’s mission is simple: to make human connection part of how we think about health, longevity, and a meaningful life.
His work seeks to move the conversation about loneliness beyond awareness, toward action. By bringing generations together and encouraging meaningful relationships, Patrick challenges individuals, organizations, and communities to recognize human connection as an essential part of wellbeing and healthy longevity.
At the heart of everything he does is one belief:
No one should feel invisible.
THE SOLUTIONS
Patrick believes that addressing loneliness requires moving beyond awareness to action.
His international bestselling book, Where Is Alice?, raises awareness and explores the human stories behind loneliness and connection. BrightBond extends that conversation by bringing together diverse voices and generations, while Patrick’s speaking work brings these ideas into companies, conferences, and communities.
At the heart of the practical solution is ALTO.cool, the app Patrick founded to connect generations through fun and meaningful social activities, sharing a coffee, going for a walk, visiting a museum, playing a game, or simply enjoying a conversation.
Together, these initiatives share one purpose: turning awareness into action and creating more opportunities for genuine human connection.
